Glasgow welcomes home troops

The pride was unmistakable yesterday as hundreds of wellwishers lined the streets of Glasgow to welcome home troops from the Royal Highland Fusiliers.
About 300 Fusiliers from the battalion marched through the heart of the city to mark their return last month from a tour of duty in Afghanistan. Onlookers applauded as the procession, led by the pipes and drums, arrived at George Square where they saluted the city’s Lord Provost, Bob Winter.
Among the crowd was Rose Gentle, whose son Gordon was killed while serving with the Fusiliers in Iraq four years ago. An inquest found that had the vehicle in which Fusilier Gentle was travelling been fitted with bomb-detecting equipment - which instead was lying in a storeroom - he may have lived. Although Mrs Gentle, 44, from Glasgow, has become a leading critic of the Iraq war, yesterday she carried a banner bearing the words “Welcome Home”.
“This is their day today,” she said. “It’s important that they know people are supporting them.”

Central region becoming active

The latest recruit to the Scottish Office is Mark Sneddon who will be taking on the role of organiser for the Central region as soon as his paperwork is processed, at 21 years old Mark will be our youngest organiser and I am sure will be one of the most active.
Earlier this week Mark told the Scottish Secretary, “I am desperate to do some proper work for the BNP, I’ve been inactive for months. I don’t think I’ve been active now for about a year at least, and it’s killing me. It’s not enough to quietly support the BNP or send the odd donation every now and again, I have to be involved directly”.

At last we have someone to get to grips with the Central region and look forward to hearing about Marks successes at Decembers Scottish Office regional meeting.

St Andrews day Muslim festival to be addressed by Dhimmi SNP deputy leader and STUC chief

Dhimmi means under Sharia non Muslims whom are subservient to Islam.

Deputy First Minister, Nichola Sturgeon, of the SNP (Sharia National Party) will unveil the future of an Islamic Scotland when she addresses the Islamic Futures Conference on St Andrews Day at Hampden Park!

STUC Leader Grahame Smith will also join her in what many will see as an insult to our Christian Civilisation!

The STUC should be aware that £600,000 of Scottish Executive funds (tax payers money) have been poured into this venture to colonise our nation with Islamic followers whom have no hereditary or cultural history in Scotland.

The criminal folly of The SNP in allowing funding for this enterprise is an act of treachery and sedition against the Christian Realm of Scotland.

A continuous programme of political development

It is worth noting that this time last year the BNP in Scotland faced a crisis that left it with just a handful of loyal officials and a future that did not look promising. However thanks to the continuing hard work of our Scottish Secretary, Gary Raikes, the party has grown beyond what all thought possible, the fact you are reading this on our own Scottish site is proof of that.

Spreading the message across Scotland

Gavin Rennie, South of Scotland fund holder, has announced his intentions of holding the regions first paper sale in lockerbie today. Gavin said, ” I have a few venues in mind but need to keep an eye on the weather before making my mind up on which one to choose!”

A pack of Keyrings, badges and pens along with FSID DVDs have been posted to Gavin from the Scottish Office to help the paper sale raise our profile in the area.

Further growth in the Northeast

Good news this week and of specific interest to all members in the Dundee area is that a local contact has been established and a paper sale (the first for a long time I know) has been arranged for the 29th of November aimed at a specific target area within Dundee.
This will be a great opportunity to re-establish a BNP presence in Dundee and I would like to think that all our members and supporters alike will earmark this day to come along, give a hand on the stall, do some localised leafleting and meet everybody later for a get together. This is a long overdue event and we have already received great interest in it, so please do come along and lend a hand.
With a foreseen general election looming we will also be looking for a candidate to stand in the next general election, as well as local council candidates, in the Dundee area, something that will be discussed with all local members.
Myself along with Elise, the Scottish Treasurer, will be on hand during the day as we are embarking on a whole weekend of BNP activity in the region and helping out in Glasgow the following day.
I will keep you all up to date with times, rendezvous, contacts, etc. over the next week or two.

“This council is beyond the pale”

The Scottish office was recently asked by a member of the public if we could look into a situation in Cardonald Glasgow regarding a toddlers nursery run by Glasgow council, a mother took her 2 year old to enrol but was told by staff they could not enrol the child as the council had instructed them to keep a number of places open for asylum seekers. As John Hood said “this council is beyond the pale”.

What follows is the reply from Glasgow and West’s Stephen Cameron

You may be interested to read the Glasgow City Council Race Equality Scheme 2005 – 2008, as this document goes a long way to explaining the blight of Political Correctness that we, in this city, are currently subjected to.

Rest assured that here in Glasgow, the Communist capital of Britain, any and all leftist doctrine will be swallowed whole and zealously applied in concentrated form by the army of Marxist Apparatchiks who work for and run the Council. Trawling through this turgid document, which runs to 55 pages one wonders what things have finally come to. To say “the lunatics are running the asylum” would not be an exaggeration. Anything to do with race or religion is “High” and anything vaguely useful is “Low”.
Some of the aims of Social Work Services are to “Enhance career prospects of staff in one or more of the following groups – women, disabled people, black and ethnic minority people” all under the heading of “Best Value Regime”.

“Corporate Communications Staff are to attend Plain English courses for greater awareness of inclusive language” and, hilariously, “People learning English as a second language will continue (sic) to be a priority group for the Glasgow Adult Literacy and Numeracy (ALN) Action Plan 2006-08.

For Glasgow City Council to reject a child applying to join a nursery simply because the child is white is quite normal here I think. If you have a look around some of the primary schools in Glasgow, as I did recently, you would be shocked to find that not only have the discredited teaching methods of the 1960s been perpetuated but that they have been complemented by vast amounts of political indoctrination which is displayed on the walls of the classrooms and corridors. Racial engineering/propaganda is deemed to be of far greater importance than the 3 Rs it would appear, and especially in predominantly white schools. They must be mentally conditioned for a large injection of ethnic diversity in the near future.

Frankly, the child who was rejected on racial grounds had a lucky escape. The parent would be better to keep her child away from school/nursery in Glasgow. These institutions are nothing more than Communist brainwashing facilities run at the taxpayers expense and staffed by half-educated mediocrities that pass as “teachers”. The ignorance of these people can be astonishing. Many of them would say “I seen, I done” and “yooz”. Recently, a friend who was a deputy head teacher stated that she would retain some 10% of her teachers if given the choice. The EIS would not agree!

It is clear that Scotland is being colonised by increasing numbers of Islamic settlers radiating from Greater Glasgow.
The Scottish Islamic Foundation Conference is this year being held at Hampden Park on St. Andrew’s Day, 30th November.

It should not pass our notice that Osama Saeed’s Scottish Islamic Foundation has deliberately appropriated, St.Andrew’s Day and Hampden Park, to celebrate its Islamic religious and political identity so now it is plain the Islamisation of Europe has spread to Scotland.

Alex Salmond and Osama Saeed seem to have sealed a pact to encourage the increase of Scotland’s 50,000 Muslim population.

Alex Salmond has this year provided £600,000 of Scottish taxpayers’ money to further the interests of the Scottish Islamic Foundation and it does not require prolonged thought to conclude that in return the highly regulated Muslims will vote en bloc for the SNP.

The Scottish National Party is wilfully misnamed for it is in reality the Scottish Separatist Party pledged to destroy that age-long ethnic alliance of Scots, English, Irish and Welsh, which the world knows as the British people.

To be a Scot you must be born a Scot. Blood, parentage and ancestry are needed to prove that you belong to that nation which has occupied Caledonia since the end of the last Ice Age 7000 years ago.

Alex Salmond would have us follow the falsehood of “civic” nationalism. To him it is enough to be resident in Scotland to be accepted as a Scot; therefore “Come Ye All”, Somalis, Turks, Kurds, Arabs, Bangladeshis, Indians, Pakistanis, Chinese and Africans, a Scottish heritage is yours for the taking.

Ponder for a moment some scientific facts of demography, the study of populations, bad news for anyone of us ethnic Scots who treasures his “ain folk” and the future of our Scottish bairns.

The total fertility rate of our native Scottish women is c. 1.3 children. The total fertility rate of Pakistani women resident in Scotland is presently just under 5.0 children. Other immigrant ethnic groups parade fertility rates intermediate between indigenous Scotswomen and Muslim Pakistanis.

As demographers see it, we are now engaged in the Battle of the Birth Rates. Given the disparity between Muslim birth rates and those of the indigenous Scots , we, the ethnic Scots, are almost certain to be out-bred by the middle of this century.

Alex Salmond, as a statistician, is aware of these facts but is suppressing them for political ends which will have a fatal outcome for us native Scots. We demand that he ceases his favouritism of non-indigenous people in Scotland, particularly the Muslim population.

Charity begins at home and financial support must go, first and foremost, to our native Scots in these difficult times. That is the action of true Nationalism.

UKIP, time to face the facts

I have been alerted to the claims of Aberdeen UKIP that they are growing in Scotland, I don’t know what they base this nonsense on but I feel it worthwhile reminding them that in the 2007 elections in every contest the BNP easily beat UKIP.
While the BNP vote rose in every region (a 26% increase overall in Scotland), UKIP lost votes in every region to record a fall of 22%. In four regions they could not even muster 1,000 votes or get over 0.3% of the vote. In Glasgow -the biggest region - they could only garner 405 votes.

The writing has been on the wall for sometime for UKIP in Scotland. The BNP increased our vote despite a media blackout and two days of full and half page Unison smears in national, regional and local papers. We over took political parties given daily media exposure on account of them having had MSPs. Compared to the BNP, the treatment received by UKIP was favourable indeed and yet they fell backward while we advanced our position. In fact, the only party to record a bigger increase in their vote since 2003 than the BNP was the SNP.

After the elections BNP Scotland offered an open invitation to all UKIP members to join us and help us continue our upward motion with a view to getting a Euro realist MEP elected in Scotland in 2009. It was obvious from the vote that only the BNP could move forward to challenge for that goal.

UKIP candidates and officials in Scotland would be warmly welcomed in the BNP where their skills, experience and energy would be better employed in a party that is moving forward rather than backward.

BNP Scotland already has a battle plan for the General Election and the Euro Election too. Now is the time for the patriots and Euro realists in UKIP to come across to the BNP and show the old bulldog spirit that saw our forefathers defeat the menace of Nazism and the Kaiser before that to keep our country free. Come join the BNP and help us to get a BNP MEP elected who will work to halt the new fascist menace that is the European Union.

Northeast region BNP news.

A contact has now been established in Dundee who will be raising the profile in the city by holding a paper sale shortly that will hopefully rally our supporters to become active in the future.
A new fund holder, Brian Powers, is in the process of being appointed for the North east, I would like to thank the previous fund holder Mike Sweet who stood down due to work commitments for his unwavering support over the last few years.
Mike is still an active member of the group and is looking forward to next week’s paper sale in Aberdeen.
A paper sale and leafleting is planned for Huntly, one of our target wards, which will cover the half of the town still left to receive literature.
Roy has also confirmed that members will be going to Glasgow to help out with planned activities in the city.
The group is still looking for a suitable venue for a meeting, if you know of a place please contact Roy.
Northeast member John Shackleton has been put forward for activist of the year, John who is in his seventies has taken part in activities across the region over the last three years, hardly missing any, putting many of our younger members to shame!

There is a piece of breaking news which Roy is working on that may go national concerning the BNP in the north east, watch this space as they say! This could be big!
