Remembrance Sunday

Officials from across Scotland attended a Remembrance Service conducted by Reverend Robert West in Morayshire this Sunday.
Representatives from Inverness down to Glasgow travelled to the private service to remember our fallen.
A wreath was laid in glorious sunshine followed by the two minutes silence that was very poignant in the countryside surrounding us.
The group then crossed over the road to take a seat for the second part of the service. This was followed by hot soup and rolls and a chance to catch up.

As Rev West had to travel so far to conduct this service it had been arranged to hold a baptism as well. I would like to thank John and Vikki for becoming my daughters God parents and Hammy, Joe and Denise for their kind present.

A good day had by all and fantastic weather!
It sounds like a blessed day. The souls of the soldiers will protect your children now, as they protected our people with their lives.
Great day
It was a lovely day in the beautiful countryside. All those who made the long drive up had a nice time. Thanks to John R's wife for making us welcome and providing us with much needed cups of tea and her Blondies.
A lovely day in good company – sincere thanks to all, particularly Gary for his invite and making us so welcome at Wednesday's Christening. Maybe the next time wecome up there will be a McDonald's in Buckie !
