MAGGIE ATKINSON, a doctor no less so should know better, and the recently appointed “Children’s Commissioner” has described the killing of Jamie Bulger as ‘unpleasant’.
Unpleasant, they led a 2-year old away from his mother to a railway line then caved his head in with bricks before leaving him for dead.
Dr Atkinson says that Jon Venables and Robert Thompson were too young to know it was wrong.
Here in Scotland the age of criminal consent is currently 8 years but Kenny MacAskgill, of Lockerbie Bomber shame, has proposed it be raised to 12 years.
So here in Scotland the Bulger killers would not have come to trial or the more recent case from Yorkshire involving children.
Do we really believe that children do not know right and wrong until aged 12 or are they trying to manipulate the crime figures?
This is the state, again, trying to take personal responsibility from people.
I don’t know at what age people begin to know right from wrong but I am sure its way before 12 and by that age they are old enough to work a system that allows them to commit all sorts of acts of crime and anti-social behavior. They could even be used by older people to commit acts and so get away with it.
Find out if your MSP is supporting this bill and let them know your opinions……there is an election coming.

Thanks to a 24 hour round trip undertaken by Barry Scott and Roy Jones the BNP ‘Truth Truck’ arrived in the North east of Scotland early Thursday morning. After a quick hand over to Scottish leader Gary Raikes the truck was off on the first leg of its Scottish tour.

Aberdeen was visited first followed by a trip up Royal Deeside through towns in the constituency. The loudspeaker was more than ably manned by Steve Thompson whose non stop patter made sure our message was clearly put across to the public. The team were pleased to see that the support including thumbs up, flashing lights and even people clapping out matched the handful of obscene gestures from the ill informed few.

In one day BNP Scotland reached more people than weeks of leafleting would of done. The tour continues through out next week as the team visit all the constituencies we are contesting in the coming election.
Never before have so few bought the message to so many.

March is set to be a busy time for BNP Scotland, with meetings being held in Aberdeen, Lothian’s and Glasgow in the first week, followed by a week long visit from the Truth truck touring all the seats we are contesting, then finishing with the BNP General Election fund raising road show including live music as well as an address from National Chairman Nick Griffin on the 27th.
Aberdeen will also see the first BNP bill board in Scotland going up as we continue to take our message to the people.
Along with paper sales and leafleting sessions already taking place across the regions this will greatly raise the BNP’s profile in the run up to what promises to be a very interesting election.
As always we need more activists to help out, if you want to get involved please contact your sub-regional organiser or the Scottish office.

A team of activists, led by Renfrewshire official Joe Finnie, braved the freezing temperatures once again to sell the Voice of Freedom at Ibrox on Sunday 28th February.
The team sold 200 papers in just two hours and notched up an impressive £113 for party funds. They also had 15 enquiries regarding the forthcoming Glasgow meeting. Joe has also kindly offered to help our Lothian region sell papers, thereby spreading the BNP message across the East coast of Scotland. All branches are encouraged to become involved in selling the VoF as this is an effective method of reaching the general public who are beginning to wake up to the seriousness threat our country is facing from this treacherous Government. Our thanks to Paul Kennedy, Jim Boyd and
Mick Brady who helped big Joe. Other sporting venues, such as Rugby grounds will also be considered for future paper sales.

The report of the recent Barking day of action on the main BNP site mentioned that activists had travelled down from Glasgow to help out over the weekend, it failed to name our super-actvists who are a credit and inspiration to BNP Scotland, well I am proud to put that right.
Well done Walter ‘Hammy’ Hamilton and Denise O’Neill from Glasgow.
Joe T Finnie from Renfrewshire and Kenny MacDonald from Edinburgh.
Stars each and every one!
Denise told newsteam, “After a photoshoot, everyone was allocated their designated areas. Heavy rain and wind did not deter our hardened activists and several hours work saw us distribute hundreds of copies of “The Voice of Barking & Dagenham” Sunday brightened up a great deal and we were joined by Nick Griffin with a couple of leafleters. Another few hundred were distributed and after 4 hours, we all retreated to a local hostelry where Mr Griffin and his team were well received. After an hour or so Mr Griffin left with Simon Darby to head for Brussels, but thanked us all for making the effort to start him off with his campaign. All involved with the week-end activities had a good time. Thank you everyone,”

So now we know the sort of people that make up Alex Salmond’s new Scots.
Salmond has lobbied the Home Office to allow an illegal immigrant criminal tax dodger to stay in Scotland. Just the sort of immigrant we need so badly to keep our country going according to Salmond.
Zheng Bin should have left the UK ten years ago, last week he was arrested by police on an outstanding warrant in connection with the supply of drugs.
This particular enricher of British society had been working secretly in the kitchen of the Shining Pearl restaurant in Peterhead, just across the road from Homer Salmond’s office doh!
I wonder how much tax he has paid in to the system. Oh that’s right he was working in secret so that will be none then, still we all know how fond Homer is of his take a ways!
If anyone was in doubt of the SNP’s soft approach to crime then here is cast iron proof, the First Minister lobbying on behalf of an illegal immigrant wanted on drugs charges, what a major embarrassment for the man who would be king.

BNP Scotland are sad to announce the loss of a great friend and fellow member of the BNP Brian Reilly.
Brian was one of the best activists for Glasgow bnp over the years, everyone who helped in activism new big Bri.
Brian, who was Glasgow Organiser, helped run the meetings plus activism and constantly helping fellow members, all this happened while Brian was ill, it just tells you the kind of man he was.
He leafleted in all weathers and in all areas, one of Brians wishes was to leaflet his beloved Glasgow Celtic, I am sure one day we will and it will be done in his memory.
Brian will be missed by his friends and all that knew him, this kind of friendship and loyalty will never be forgotten.
Anyone wishing to pay their respects please contact W Hamilton Glasgow Organiser 07717774730

The first Scottish office meeting of 2010 for all organisers and officials is being held this Saturday where BNP Councilor Paul Golding will provide a special General Election local fundraising presentation. This year is an important stepping stone to BNP Scotland winning a regional list seat at Holyrood in 2011. Januarys issue of our newsletter ‘The Bugle’ will include an A4 appeal for funds and another A4 separate appeal for candidates, the mailing to 232 enquirers will also include a membership form – or instructions as to how to become a member. A total of 740 copies will be sent out, another significant rise in the numbers receiving our quarterly publication.
Candidates for the general election have started to be appointed and we hope to have up to 23 in place by polling day. To make this a reality we need to raise funds and we need committed members to step forward and put their names in the hat. We must give the people of Scotland the chance to vote BNP in every region we can, especially the Central region where we came so close to beating the Conservative candidate to win third place in the recent Glasgow by-election sending shock waves through the establishment. Our percentage of the votes in the last few years has steadily grown and we are now on course to gain the 5-6% needed to win a regional list seat in 2011, standing candidates in every Central seat this year will confirm our support.
If you would like to be considered for a candidate please contact Scotland@bnp.org.uk Your party and your country needs you!

With the usual suspects calling for a ban on BNP members in the teaching profession the following is worth pointing out to any misguided fool who supports such nonsense.
Amid so much rhetoric about child protection the disturbing reality is that many of our youngsters are being taught by people with serious criminal records including assault, drug abuse, house-breaking and shop lifting.
While the General Teaching Council for Scotland is so concerned over which political party teachers may or may not support it has no problem with a total of 83 teachers with criminal records being allowed to remain on their register. Of those six were guilty of assault, two had drugs convictions and six were guilty of public order offences.
These statistics follow the admission that 14 teachers have been sacked for sexual misconduct with pupils in the last five years.
While these convicts remain in employment BNP members and large numbers of newly trained teachers with no criminal records can not find jobs in our classrooms.
Liberalism don’t you just love it?

Aberdeen BNP were honoured to have been represented at the Remembrance Sunday Parade at Cowdry Hall.

Four members, including the Organiser, attended the ceremony on the 8th of November to lay a wreath in tribute to those who gave their lives in the name of Freedom and Democracy and to those servicemen still at war in Iraq and Afghanistan.
As well as the Service held in Morayshire members in Glasgow also took time to remember the fallen.

Something that should concern all the smaller political parties in Scotland has been reported in the press, in a wholly fascistic move some MSP’s have suggested the electoral system for Holyrood should be changed to stop the BNP winning a seat on the top up list.
The top up system was introduced to compensate parties that polled perhaps 20% of votes in constituencies but failed to win first past the post seats. This is democracy in action, which both the Greens and the far left have benefited from in the past. However now that the BNP are in reach of winning a seat the main parties want to change it!
The desperation of these anti democratic forces is staggering, people it would seem can vote for who they like as long as it suits the Lab/SNP/Con tri-party, this can not be tolerated and must be challenged.
The BNP is a completely legal registered political party that has won a mandate from one million people, almost 30,000 here in Scotland voted BNP in the Euros, we beat the Lib-Dems, Greens and all the far left parties in Glasgow recently, we have the absolute right to represent these people, as they have the absolute right to vote for us, do not let them take away this freedom, contact your elected representatives and express your disgust with the Holyrood fascists.

Officials from across Scotland attended a Remembrance Service conducted by Reverend Robert West in Morayshire this Sunday.
Representatives from Inverness down to Glasgow travelled to the private service to remember our fallen.
A wreath was laid in glorious sunshine followed by the two minutes silence that was very poignant in the countryside surrounding us.
The group then crossed over the road to take a seat for the second part of the service. This was followed by hot soup and rolls and a chance to catch up.

As Rev West had to travel so far to conduct this service it had been arranged to hold a baptism as well. I would like to thank John and Vikki for becoming my daughters God parents and Hammy, Joe and Denise for their kind present.

October 25, 2009

The Sunday Mail editorial , 25 October 2009, tries to smear the BNP by attempting to associate us with something called the “Scottish Defence League”.
The BNP in Scotland has made our position on this group very clear in the statement which was issued by BNP Scottish leader Gary Raikes, in our Scottish newsletter, The Bugle, sent to every member in Scotland on the 9th October.
The statement is worth repeating once again:
ADVISORY regarding “SDL” March
Finally, it has been brought to my attention in a report in The Sunday Post (20 Sept) that something called “the Scottish Defence League” is wanting to hold an anti-Islam rally in the centre of Glasgow on 14 November.
This group has absolutely nothing to do with the BNP. While we would not expect any of our members to be anywhere near this march, it must nevertheless be made clear to every member of the BNP in Scotland, via the pages of this newsletter, that any member of the BNP seen at this march, or anywhere near this march on that day, will be subject immediately to disciplinary proceedings.

Glasgow BNP took to the streets of Springburn on Saturday with an impressive 14 activists taking part. A number of these people had never been on the street before and it is to the credit of Charlie Baillie, our energetic and dynamic organiser and candidate, that these volunteers were encouraged to take part in what may prove to be an historic campaign; certainly one that will prove to be the highlight of the year in Scotland.
A stall was set up complete with BNP flag in the heart of Milton which is a large council ward within the constituency. Three teams were organised to leaflet houses in the area and one team remained to man the stall. The exceptional good weather was a godsend and morale amongst the activists was very high. This meant that the area was covered quickly and after some two hours we moved to Saracen Street in the Possil Park area. The stall was set up at a busy junction and while a number of activists remained at the stall another group went walkabout distributing leaflets and the VoF to members of the public. Charlie Baillie addressed the passers-by with the megaphone and this drew a great deal of attention to us.
Sunday was a busy day for the team as well. A number of activists leafleted in the constituency on a door to door basis. Hard graft but worth the effort.

The Truth Truck will be making an appearance any day from now on and we expect to generate considerable interest in this by-election with our high-profile activities.
If you can help us in any way please contact Glasgow campaign manager Walter Hamilton 07717774730 walterhamilton@btinternet.com

We are receiving a steady stream of enquiries as a result of the leafleting sessions taking place in Glasgow North east showing that we are having an effect in this by-election. However more activists are urgently required to help our teams in Glasgow.
This weekend will see days of action with organisers from across Scotland descending on Glasgow. The truth truck will also be spreading the message throughout the constituency. If you can help please contact your local organiser every extra pair of hands will be welcome.
This is every members chance to do their bit for the BNP in Scotland. Many eyes are upon us lets get our commonsense message to every single household, lets give hope to every voter ignored by the old parties, lets all support our brave candidate Charlie Baillie in the continuing struggle for our country.
We also have to raise funds to continue the good fight please donate whatever you can to ‘Scottish Heritage’ PO Box 11815 Turriff AB53 8WB Together we can make a difference!

Results from the Glasgow campaign have started to come through in the form of the number of leaflets being returned to the Scottish office asking for info packs and in some cases asking for help with local issues.
Almost every one shows great concern with law and order, or in fact the lack of law and order!
Is it any wonder when we have here in Scotland murderers sentenced to just six years in prison and released after serving three?
In January 2008 this was the sentence handed out to a thug who kicked and battered a nineteen year old youth to death then dumped his body outside his parents house in a wheelbarrow.
The youth’s mother said “Perpetrators are treated with kid gloves while victims and their families are given no consideration, how can it be justice that killing my son will cost no more than four years, and possibly just three?”
“I would never have supported the death penalty before but I would be first to sign up for it now.”
A sentiment we are finding is being expressed on the streets. There is a very real feeling that the justice system is failing in its duty which after all is to punish criminals and protect the innocent not the other way round!
If you can help spread our message please contact Charlie Baillie on 07827811008 and join one of our leafleting teams this weekend.
